Like famous pioneers before them, LET and EDITH left the Netherlands to seek their challenge in life. In 2002, they stumbled upon Grotto Beach and knew that they had found what they were looking for, their little piece of PARADISE.
Our chef LET, loves cooking and shows great satisfaction when her cuisine is enjoyed and shared by so many. Similarly she is always searching for new challenges to excite the gastronomical taste buds of her guests.
EDITH the host, enjoys nothing more than to mingle with the guests, exchanging stories and adventure and travel with them. An atmosphere and mood is set which will bring you back for more, again and again.
Service excellence and memorable food are the most important elements of their Dutch Heritage that LET and EDITH pride themselves on. It is their strong belief in these elements that has provided them with success and it is their pleasure to share this with you.
